About Nubian Transport Management

Nubian Transport Management, Inc. is a construction management firm founded by two African-American women, Deborah D. Oatts and Nadina E. Edwards. Nubian is a certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in the state of Indiana.

Nubian has over ten years experience in construction dump truck hauling on commercial and public works projects, including jobs for the Indiana Department of Transportation and City of Indianapolis.

Nubian is a member of the Landside Construction Management Team for the New Indianapolis International Airport – Midfield Terminal Project, led by the Turner Aviation and Trotter Construction, J.V.
